I’ve been thinking a lot about Geppetto lately. You know, the old woodcarver from Pinocchio who had a dream that seemed impossible? Here’s the thing that most people miss about Geppetto—he couldn’t do it alone. And neither can you.

That’s when I understood what Geppetto knew all along—you have problems to solve, and you have a dream to fulfill, but you can’t do it alone.

Geppetto needed Figaro to open the window. He needed the Blue Fairy to bring the miracle. He needed Jiminy Cricket to guide Pinocchio once he came to life. Without partnerships, there would be no story. Without help, there would be no happy ending.

Your Dream Requires a Team
